How we use your information
LeadSumo is built and managed by FlowSumo. When you request an outreach plan, FlowSumo stores your email address, company website, offer description and permission to contact you so our team can review and respond to your request. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Campaign measurement
We attach the campaign source and page variant to your request to understand which campaigns bring relevant enquiries. Usage measurement is optional and off until you enable it. When enabled, it records page visits, booking-link clicks and form starts with a random browser-session identifier. Event records do not include your form text, email address, full browsing URL or IP address. If you later submit a request or book a call, the session identifier can link those events to your enquiry and contact details; this measurement is pseudonymous, not anonymous. You can turn it off using the control at the bottom of the homepage. Existing records are not erased when you turn measurement off.
Where information goes
Requests and enabled analytics are stored in our Supabase project and are available to authorized FlowSumo administrators. Opening a booking link takes you to Calendly, which handles scheduling under its own privacy policy. The link carries campaign attribution and, when you enable analytics, the random session identifier. If you book after submitting a request, it also carries a request reference so we can connect the booking to your enquiry.
Retired conversation demo
The public conversation demo is no longer available and its endpoints do not generate new AI conversations. Previously submitted demo or playbook records are not deleted by this website update. You can contact us about access or deletion of a previous submission.
Your choices
To ask about access, correction or deletion of your information, or to stop further contact about your request, email support@leadsumo.app. You may also book directly without submitting the outreach form.
